Exchange/Return

You have from the time you receive the product and 14 days ahead the opportunity to exchange your product. However, only in undamaged condition! All postage of return shipments is paid by the customer. Please contact hello.redonred@gmail.com, with tracking on the shipment so we can track the order. All return shipments should be directed to:

Return of frames and framed artwork

All of our frames are made to order and hand-built in Denmark. Therefore, frames and framed art pieces cannot be returned. Art bought together with a frame will automatically be framed before shipping. Art bought unframed can be returned within 14 days for a full refund.

General

  • These terms and conditions apply to private consumers’ purchases of goods from redonred.dk. It is not possible to use any VAT / CVR number on the webshop. If you buy as a business customer within the EU in this webshop, you must be responsible for VAT refunds. Customs

Please note that customs duties abroad are not included in the price and will therefore be imposed upon receipt of the order in that country. As a consumer, you are responsible for handling customs and payment.

Delivery

There may be destinations that we cannot deliver to. We reserve the right to cancel an order, if we are not certain that your order will arrive in the best condition. Furthermore there are destinations where we would have to recalculate the shipping rate. We reserve the right to change the shipping rate depending on the final delivery destination. If you have questions about your order, you are always welcome to write to us at hello.redonred@gmail.com. Should we experience a delay in your order, you will be contacted. If you have questions about delivery or tracking, please contact hello.redonred@gmail.com.

Shipping Information

  • All paintings are transported in specially tubes (for large size prints) or flat packages depending on the size and quantity. Both types of packaging are well-suited for art transportation, but we recommend that you unpack your order as soon as possible. We use Bring within Denmark and DHL outside of Denmark, which ensure that your paintings will arrive in the best condition.
  • Scandinavia: 3-5 working days
  • Europe: 5-7 working days
  • Overseas: 10-14 business days
  • redonred.dk is responsible for all packages until delivery

Payment

  • We accept payment on redonred.dk via the following payment methods:

  • The prices are stated in Danish kroner and include 25% VAT. (however, prices may be displayed in other currencies). On top of the price must be added freight.
  • The payment will be withdrawn from your account once the package is shipped.

Order confirmation

  • When you have ordered an item from us, you will receive a receipt (order confirmation) via e-mail confirming that we have received your order.
  • All our packages are insured and with a track & trace number. When sending your package, you will receive a tracking number.

Complaint

  • Have you received your goods damaged?
  • Send photo documentation of the shipment inside and outside.
  • Make sure the package label is visible on the image.

  • The creation and processing of a complaint takes 4-10 working days. The customer has the opportunity to file a complaint claim no later than 5 working days from the issue date.
